Information about
New Jersey Home Health Care
New Jersey home care constitutes many different forms of
home care, from Medicare certified home health agencies,
hospice home care, non-medical home care and private duty
nursing services.
When a person is cared for in another person’s home,
this can be termed a residential care home, in home day care,
an adult care home, a licensed personal care home, home day
care provider and a personal care home.
Home care agency jobs are typically done by companions,
certified home health aides, home health care nurses and
social workers. These home health care jobs are in great
demand and require a talented home health care business to
be able to attract these individuals and retain them. Senior
home health care services, supplying elderly home care, differs
from child care when done in the home. The home health care
provider for seniors is usually very skilled in that arena
and often do not provide any services for children.
Home health aides (hha) differs from certified nursing aides
(cna) in that cna jobs are typically done in a nursing home,
while home health aides work in private homes. While cna
services are typically done in an institution, there are
cna registries that offer home care services, depending on
the state they are located in. Some states issue a cna license
while other states offer a cna certification.
Home health care nursing services are often paid by insurances,
both private and public as opposed to individuals paying
out of pocket, although this does happen from time to time.
